We offer practical, down-to-earth support tailored to your journey. Our approach focuses on understanding and responding to your unique needs, providing effective and realistic solutions that fit your everyday life.

Group sessions

We will hold topic-focused group sessions every three weeks in Mablethorpe, Sutton, Louth, and Skegness. The emphasis is on open conversation, shared experiences, and feeling at ease—whether you want to talk or simply listen.

Guest speakers will occasionally join us to share their insights, practical advice, and gentle wellbeing approaches.

One-to-one support

If you prefer to discuss things one-on-one, that option is also available. These sessions are informal and private, giving you the opportunity to explore what is going on for you—whether you want to talk a lot or just a little.

The sessions take place in Mablethorpe and Skegness. You can enquire using the "Contact me" button.

 

Other wellbeing support

Alongside our sessions, we gently share optional wellbeing ideas that some women find helpful—such as simple relaxation techniques, small lifestyle adjustments, and mind–body approaches. These are offered as supportive suggestions only, with no pressure and no expectation to try anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
